When the 5 year warranty comes to an end, the purely optional Ensign Care Package provides a concession priced salt delivery service with a fixed price water softener service, including all  parts and labour and call-out. It covers all parts in the water softener including parts that simply wear out due to age: there are no exclusions to the comprehensive Ensign Care Package. It provides total cover that's real value for money with salt delivered free at any time. The benefits of the Ensign Care Package Automatic annual preventative maintenance service - all parts and labour inclusive Speedy free service in the event of breakdown, priority is always given to Care Package customers Comprehensive on-going guarantee Covers all parts in the water softener: there are no exclusions 10Kg Tablet Salt DELIVERED FREE at any time throughout the year subject to minimum of 5 x 10Kg bags. The Ensign Care Package is payable monthly by direct debit @ £ 21.00 per month inc vat. Minimum enrolment period is 12 months. All prices include VAT @ 20%.
