Outside this area, water softeners can be brought into the Marlborough workshop, for our expert attention.

For Ensign machines less than 12 months old:	Report a softener fault
For all water softeners more than 12 months old, we will contact you and arrange a convenient appointment for an on-site service engineer to call to carry out this work:	Support Services Form

All water softeners from 1982 to present day are covered, with a few exceptions.
