Since 1982 the Marlborough factory has built up a wealth of practical hands-on experience with water softener systems. We know exactly what it takes to make your water softener reliable again and keep it running at peak performance.

Unlike some other companies, if your water softener develops a fault we don't automatically say you need to buy a new one. At Ensign we try very hard to get you back to the quality softened water you've become accustomed to as quickly as we can.

On-site maintenance service from the Marlborough factory is currently confined a limited number counties in England. Click here for postcode areas we cover. Outside this area, water softeners can be brought into the Marlborough workshop, for expert attention.
For Ensign machines less than 12 months old:	Report a softener fault.
For all water softeners more than 12 months old, we will contact you and arrange a convenient appointment for an on-site service engineer to call to carry out this work:	Support Services Form.
